STAT Topical Anesthetic
STAT is a patented topical anesthetic that provides temporary relief of pain for the mucosal and subdermal tissue. STAT eliminates the need for an injection for the suturing and debridement of wounds, among many other capabilities.
Active Ingredients
Tetracaine HCL; Bupivacaine HCL; Phenylephrine HCL
Onset
Efficacious anesthesia begins in seconds and continues to become more profound for up to 15 minutes.
Duration
Duration ranges from 30 to 90 minutes.
Dosing Recommendations
0.3 milligrams per kilogram based on FDA approved drug.
Uses
Abrasions; Cuts, lacerations, wounds of any kind; Burns; Debridement;
Placement of sutures; Dressing placement and/or changing dressings on burns; OB/Urology procedures; Prior to Endoscopy eliminating gag reflex; Blister care/fingernail loss and more.
STAT can be prescribed to patients for care at home.

Current Packaging Options
STAT Gel is produced in single unit jars containing 4ml. Use a syringe to draw up the appropriate dose. Dispose of the remaining product and jar.
STAT Spray is packaged in a 15ml bottle, multi-use sprayer that will spray at any angle, even inverted. Each spray delivers a precise dose of 100 microliters that contains 2mg of tetracaine.
